1. Opening of meeting

• Meeting called to order by Rolfe Antonowitsch at 12:00; and,
• Rolfe introduced executive members and Sean Kemball.

2. Sean Kemball’s Presentation

• Sean provided an overview of PIPSC, an update on the bargaining agreement, and an update on the Phoenix Settlement; and,
• Sean provided the voting window (July 8-29, 2019) for the collective agreement ratification.

Rolfe provided closing remarks and motioned to adjourn, adjourned 12:56.
