The OSFI Collective Agreement was signed by the employer and Institute representatives on November 1, 2018. The new agreement will be posted on the PIPSC website shortly.
Your bargaining team recently met in Ottawa, October 29 to 31, to help prepare for the next round of bargaining.
By now you should have completed the OSFI Bargaining survey which was sent to the email address you registered on the PIPSC website. Hopefully you took the time to complete it, as the bargaining team will use this information to help guide the development of proposals and priorities for the upcoming round of bargaining.
Your bargaining team will be meeting next in Toronto December 18 to 20, where we will be reviewing the results of the bargaining survey and developing initial proposals, in advance of meeting with the Employer in the new year. We are also planning to host consultations with interested members in December, to better understand your priorities and support the important work of your bargaining team. More details on these sessions will be circulated to the membership in the coming weeks.
