Invitation to the 2026 Lethbridge Branch AGM
The Lethbridge Branch invites its members only to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Date: Tuesday, April 28, 2026
Location: Garden Court Restaurant, Lethbridge College
Address: 3000 College Drive South
Drinks: 5:30 to 6:00 pm
Dinner and Meeting: 6:00pm
If you wish to attend, please register by emailing Mary Cousins mcousins@pipsc.ca. The registration deadline is April 20, 2026 at noon. If you have any dietary restrictions please state that in your registration.
The meeting will include the following items:
- Approval of the Agenda
- Adoption of the Minutes of the previous Annual General meeting
- Business Arising from the Minutes
- Report of the President
- Annual Financial Report
- Approval of Budget
- New Business, including By-Law Amendments
Our Guest speaker will be Katy Reed, Regional Director of the Prairie/Northwest Territories
Members may be entitled to claim costs related to the care of qualified family members resulting from attending the meeting by submitting an Expense Claim form accompanied by a receipt. For details please refer to the Policy on Family Care.
