I seem this opportunity to become a member of the SH Group Executive because I am committed to strong, transparent, and member-driven union representation. As a current member of the SH Group bargaining team, I have seen how important it is that members’ voices are clearly reflected in negotiations and decision-making. Serving on the Executive would allow me to build on this experience by supporting effective communication between members and leadership, strengthening solidarity within the group, and ensuring accountability in how our collective priorities are advanced. I am motivated to contribute my time, skills, and knowledge to help protect members’ working conditions and to support fair outcomes through collaboration and principled advocacy.
