Hello,

My name is Alicia, and I am running for re-election as the BC Member at Large (MAL) for the SH Executive. I am a regular member, live in Abbotsford, British Columbia and work as a RN at Correctional Service Canada (CSC). I have worked for CSC since August 2018 as a permanent, full-time employee. I became a Steward in early 2021. I have served as the BC MAL for the past 2 years and would like to serve another term. I believe I have been an asset to the SH Executive already as I am a member of National Consultation for CSC, and I am an Executive for the BC-Yukon Region. Between these other two positions I have a large outreach for all SH members, not just the ones from CSC. I am bilingual which has also allowed me to sit on other PIPSC working groups such as the Official Languages Inclusion Team. With the Comprehensive Expenditure Review occurring, no matter what department you come, from we must stand united as one SH and I want to continue to be your voice. I hope you consider my re-election and stand with me.
