Kimberly Hradecky for NCR Representative

As a Professional Engineer in the NCR, I am honored to seek re-election to the NR Group Executive. Since 2023, I’ve served in several key leadership roles—including Delegate Selection Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, Elections Committee, and more recently Bargaining Coordinator. Regular communication with members is a top priority and I actively work to strengthen engagement with members. In addition, I also serve on the NR Gatineau Executive, recruit new members, and represent employees as an active steward.


If re-elected, I will continue to bring an equitable, diverse, and inclusive voice. I am committed to engaging with all members, strengthening their understanding of union values, and encouraging their involvement in union activities. Furthermore, I am pleased to support all NR members with their workplace issues. In addition, I am dedicated to prioritizing communications on matters that are important to you.


I vow to:

  • Advocate for equity-seeking groups;
  • Represent members' views on matters affecting them;
  • Strengthen engagement, especially among new members;
  • Advance our professional interests;
  • Protect the status and standards of our profession; and
  • Ensure our Group’s interests are represented in all proceedings of the employer and
    the union.

I am very passionate about building a stronger and more inclusive union. I would be honored to have your continued support and vote to keep working towards a better PIPSC for all.
