Thuc Van Quan

My name is Thuc Van Quan. I identify as an Asian female with dark brown hair. I am a steward-in-training and a project manager working with PSPC.

I have been an active member of the NR NCR PSPC subgroup executive team since 2018. As a member of an equity-seeking group, I seek your support to be part of the NR Group Executive for the following 2 reasons:

1. I would like to bring diverse and energetic perspective to the table. As a young professional, I wish to participate and also learn bargaining skills from other experienced executives to prepare for future collective agreement bargaining.

2. I have a keen interest in the latest developments and events including the direction we are heading within PIPSC. I stood up and expressed my opinions during the 2023 PIPSC AGM debate as a NR delegate.

This is my first time running for NR Group Executive and I plead for your support.
