Fellow members,

It is with great pleasure that I submit my name to continue serving you as a member of your NR Group Executive. I offer my time, energy, and experience to advance your interests in the workplace, in your union, and at the bargaining table.

Over many years, I served faithfully, ethically and honestly as a member of the NR Group Executive (2014-2016), as National Vice President (2005-2009), and as PIPSC President (2009-2013) overseeing PIPSC day to day operations.

I am uniquely familiar with every facet of the Professional Institute, and; I continue to bring my experience to bear to advance your interests.

Over the past 18 months, I was twice selected to serve as your Group President by our National NR Group Executive. Together we have made tremendous progress, settling your most recent contract, improving communication, and building a more cohesive and effective NR team. I promise to do more to improve your contract in the coming round and to better represent you within our union.

I have a proven track record of success. I lead the development of the PIPSC scholarship program. I lead the Institute into joining the Canadian Labour Congress (2011) and in winning significant gains at the NR bargaining table.

I am once again ready to advance your specific issues and causes.

The NR Group and the Institute now, more than ever, needs capable, experienced, and knowledgeable volunteers.

I humbly request vote.
