Your PIPSC JCC-RT Bargaining Team unanimously recommends the acceptance of this tentative agreement. As other groups in the sector have been successful in securing higher wage increases in 2022 and beyond, this agreement sets a firm foundation for negotiation of the new collective agreement, which will be effective from October 1, 2022.
