Nicolas Helal - Biography

I am Nicolas Helal, an engineer at NAV Canada with over 25 years of experience with the company. For the past two years, I have been an active member of the Group Executive, the West Sub-Group, and a steward, advocating for our members and ensuring your concerns are addressed.

The next three years will bring significant challenges, particularly in maintaining a fair work-life balance and negotiating a strong collective agreement that reflects the needs of our members. These critical issues require experienced, dedicated representation to protect our rights and improve our working conditions.

I am committed to ensuring that all members, both new and long-standing, are well represented through open communication, transparency, and strong advocacy.
