Our featured guest speaker will be Dr Nana-Owusua Kwamena, the Director of the Environmental Review Division at the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC).
Nana first joined the CNSC in 2011. Since then, she has held a variety of positions related to environmental assessment, environmental risk assessment, and emergency preparedness – just to name a few. She has a PhD in atmospheric chemistry and has completed 2 post-doctoral fellowships in physical chemistry.
