Neil Liu

Neil has over 20 years experiences in both private and public sectors, working in various capacities in healthcare and IT. He started his career as a software engineer and progressed into management consulting and business leadership later on. Prior to IRAP, he had the opportunity to launch his own cybersecurity start-up and sold it after 3 years of operation. At NRC, he specializes in digital healthcare and information technology. He speaks English, French and Mandarin. Neil has a computer science bachelor degree and a MBA.
