As your RE Group President for the last 6 years, through times both challenging and exciting, I look forward to getting to serve on the Executive, as the work is far from over. In particular, I am passionate about ensuring the successful conclusion of the work on the DS Pay Plan initiated by the last collective agreement. More broadly, I continue to push on reforming a joint, interdepartmental meeting to maintain and update career progression frameworks for all REs who wish to have them.
