IT GROUP ELECTIONS 2024                       (DFO- Canadian Coast Guard) 

As a PIPSC IT Member in the Federal Public Service for many years, I acknowledge the ongoing issues we experience in the Workplace from day to day. Just to mention a few Examples: NEGOTIATIONS, HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT, CONTRACTING OUT, STAFFING-FINACIAL CUTBACKS, LOSS OF BENEFITS, POSSIBLE REVIEW OF OUR PENSIONS, and LACK OF TRAINING. I would like the opportunity to continue to contribute my Experience, Knowledge and Time to the IT National Executive and to our IT Membership in order to help us succeed in reaching our goals.

I have been an IT PIPSC Member since 1998 and became a steward in 2002. It is always an ongoing Responsibility and Challenge to ensure we Negotiate the best for our Members in the Collective Agreement and to Resolve day to day issues in the Workplace. I am continually passionate about making our Work Place a BETTER PLACE! The IT National team represents some twenty thousand Professionals across the Country. We have grown almost double in the last 15 years.

If elected I will work hard to continue to communicate and be the voice for all members concerns and make sure we are heard at the National level!
