Luc Thibodeau for Quebec Representative

I have been a land surveyor at PSPC (PWGSC) in Montreal since 2001 and a steward for PIPSC since 2003.

Through my role as steward, I have been involved in implementing several significant changes in my workplace and in various employee cases on a daily basis in order to find the best solutions for everyone.

I have been a member of the Labour-Management Consultation Committee on Real Estate (LMCC-RE) and the Regional Labour-Management Consultation Committee (RLMCC) since 2004.

I have also been the PIPSC Regional Representative at PSPC (PWGSC) for the Quebec Region since 2005 and a member of the NR Group Executive from 2009 to 2014 and from 2019 to 2025.

In addition, I am a member of the NR Group’s Bargaining Committee before the Treasury Board of Canada for the establishment of the new collective agreement (AR-ENG-SUR) to promote our needs and demands.

In all the cases I handled, I sought to resolve conflicts by finding win-win solutions and promoting a pleasant working environment for the future.
