I have been a land surveyor at SPAC (PWGSC) in Montreal since 2001 and a PIPSC Steward since 2003.

As a union steward, I've been involved in the implementation of a number of major changes in my workplace and I have dealt with various employee issues on a daily basis to find the best solutions for everyone.

I have been a member of the Real Estate Labour Management Advisory Committee (LMAC-RE) and the Regional Labour Management Committee (RLMC) since 2004.

I have also been a PIPSC regional representative at SPAC (PWGSC) since 2005. I was a NR Group executive from 2009 to 2014 and have been again since 2019.

In addition, I am a member of the NR Group's negotiating committee before the Treasury Board of Canada for the new collective agreement (AR-ENG-SUR), to put forward our needs and demands.

Regardless of the issue, I have always sought to resolve conflicts by finding solutions that ensure a more enjoyable workplace in the future.
