Lori Marie Goulding - Biography

I am a dedicated union leader with a strong track record of advocacy and representation. As an active Senior Steward for 10 years and Member-at-Large for 8 years, I have been a steadfast voice for members, ensuring rights are protected and concerns are addressed.

As a member of the Consultation Team, I have worked to foster constructive dialogue between union and management, helping to resolve workplace issues and advocate for fair treatment. My work on the National Occupational Health and Safety Committee (NOSH) has focused on improving workplace safety standards and promoting policies that prioritize employee well-being.

In addition, I play a vital role in the PIPSC Women’s Caucus, championing gender equity and supporting initiatives that empower women in the workplace. My dedication to inclusion and equality has helped create a supportive environment for all members.

With extensive experience and a passion for advocacy, a steadfast commitment to solidarity, fairness, and inclusion, I continue to make meaningful contributions to strengthening the union and improving the lives of its members.
