Lori Delauniere - Nav Canada Group

I am soliciting your support today for my nomination for member-at-large of your Group Executive.

I started my Career at NAV Canada in 2001.  I have previously worked at the TSC in CAATS and NESA and in 2007 I joined Information Management (IM).  Currently I’m a Business Analyst where, I gather requirements, design, develop, test and support application(s) on the ServiceNow platform.

PIPSC Activities:

  • Current Member-at-Large of Nav Canada Group Executive
  • Current Vice-President and previous Security of the NAV Canada East Subgroup
  • Member of the 2019-2020 Bargaining Team
  • Completed Steward Training which include:
    • Basic Training 
    • Canada Labour Code
    • Human Rights
  • Attended NCR Steward Councils and Regional Councils 
  • Attended Annual AGMs
  • Attended 2017 National Industrial Relations Conference
  • Shop Steward 
  • OSH committee Member for 77 Metcalfe

Over the past 4 years I have provided service to members researching and providing guidance with any workplace issues, answering questions regarding our collective agreement, and represented members with management and labour relations.

It would be an honor to serve in this role and by giving me your vote I can continue all the great work that we have been doing in the current executive.
