These resources help you introduce what it means to be a steward, the process, the benefits, and the vital role stewards play in representing and engaging members. Stewards are the front line of member advocacy and union engagement.

Offering the PIPSC 101 “PIPSC and You” Union 101 builds member engagement. A well-timed PIPSC 101 is an excellent opportunity to introduce an issue-based campaign in a way that feels organic and strategic.
