The Pay Equity Committee (PEC) has been meeting regularly to progress on pay equity work. To try and meet the deadlines to post the final pay equity plan by September 3, 2024, the PEC has increased the frequency of meetings. We have completed the stages to identify job classes and determine the gender predominance of these job classes. We continue working on evaluating work and calculating compensation in the coming months.
