Call for nominations

As per By-Laws 4, 6 and 7 of the Retired Members Guild Québec City Chapter (hereinafter the RMGQCC), please be advised that the seven Executive positions (President, Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer and four Directors) of the RMGQCC will be filled by election at the 2021 Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. The term of office for each elected individual will be three (3) years, from 2021 to 2024.

Nominations can be submitted either in writing before the RMGQCC 2021 AGM or verbally during the AGM on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.  Nominations have to be submitted by a member in good standing and seconded by another member in good standing. All nominations in writing should be sent by email to the Chair of the Elections Committee, Michel Bédard, at

Any member whose candidacy is submitted in writing and who will be absent for the RMGQCC 2021 AGM must write to the Elections Committee to indicate their interest in the position for which they have been nominated.
