Fellow Members,
Voting on our tentative agreement ended on Friday July 28 at 15:30. The majority of the PIPSC NAV CANADA Group members have voted in favor of accepting the tentative agreement. Therefore, our tentative agreement has been ratified with NAV CANADA to renew the collective agreement and becomes effective immediately. The parties will meet as quickly as possible to sign the new collective agreement. More details to follow
