NAV CANADA BARGAINING UPDATE – OCTOBER 2019
The PIPSC NAV CANADA Group Bargaining Team was in meetings with NAV CANADA from October 7-10, 2019. On Friday October 11, 2019 our team worked in closed meetings on our bargaining priorities. This round was productive and we had healthy discussions on numerous items and positive progress was made. The parties have scheduled negotiations for the week of October 28 to November 1, 2019.
Your Bargaining Team is focused on the priorities established based on your input from the survey we launched in January 2019 as well as ongoing feedback received on a regular basis from members.
Michel Diguer has decided not to continue as a bargaining team member for this round of collective bargaining for personal reasons.
Michel joined the bargaining team in 2009 and has been a key contributor to every round. On behalf of the bargaining team and all members of PIPSC at NAV CANADA I would like to personally thank Michel for all his hard work and dedication over the years. His contributions were of value and always appreciated.
