After much hard work, we have reached a tentative agreement with the CFIA!
From the beginning, we have emphasized that pay is the most important issue for our members and have secured a deal that reflects this.
Please stay tuned for further updates. The final package, including a summary of the major changes that have been negotiated, is being prepared and will be sent to the membership for a ratification vote.
We believe we have reached the best deal possible in what has been a challenging round of negotiations and we recommend voting YES to this tentative agreement.
