Biographical Sketch

Dear Colleagues,

Being steward, I strive to have management to respect and abide by the terms of our Collective Agreement. I had tabled issues concerning call back, overtime, standby, travel, family related leave, sick leave, reporting with multiple supervisors, compressed work and Telework policy in Union-Management consultations and OSH Policy Committee meetings. With Activity Based Workplace Project Team, I ensure employees concerns are heard while bringing modernization to Agency’s workplace. 

I had coordinated grievance filing for SR job descriptor and classification. Recently, I coordinated response for SR Job Analysis Questionnaire survey. I volunteered, extensively and diligently contributed as subject matter expert for SR02 role descriptor review process. My main objective is to bring SR classification and pay parities at level with employees in core federal departments especially Health Canada. My intent is to work with PIPSC classification group until issues are resolved to employees' satisfaction. I intent to table issues to ensure employer's policies support the work life balance.

I am seeking your support for a “Member-At-Large" position, to give me an opportunity to make even more significant contribution in resolving issues at larger scale on behalf of our members.
