Each nomination must be supported by at least (2) Regular members of the AV Group who are eligible to vote for the position of the nominee.
The following Regular members in good standing of the Audit, Commerce & Purchasing (AV) Group sponsor me for nomination to the Group Executive. Your clearly printed name and a signature are both required.

If required, ballots will be e-mailed to members in April and successful candidates will take office on June 01, 2018.
INSTRUCTIONS
The Elections Committee will only accept nomination forms that are completed accurately. Please see the ‘Call for Nominations’ for eligibility.
Candidates are asked to also submit a brief résumé (biography) and include an optional picture (head and shoulders), of their experience and objectives - no more than 300 words is allowed, résumés will be truncated if more than 300 words. Your name and classification are not included in the word count.
Only electronic versions of résumés in MS Word format will be accepted. For all positions held, candidates must indicate the year for both the beginning and end dates for each position held. End dates for the current year should be indicated as “to present” if ongoing and if otherwise, provide the end month for the current year.
Please note that it is the responsibility of candidates to review their résumés before they are submitted. The Elections Committee is authorized to verify any statements of fact made by candidates in their résumés prior to publication. The résumés will not be proofread and corrections will not be made, unless requested by the Elections Committee.
Résumés will be translated and inserted into the elections newsletter.
Only scanned copies of completed nomination forms (.pdf files) and résumés in MS Word format will be accepted.

- Completed nomination forms (scan to .pdf) and biographies (MS Word format) are to be forwarded by e-mail to avgroupelections@pipsc.ca and the Subject shall be: AV Group Elections c/o Jo-Ann Foster
An acknowledgment of receipt of your documents will be sent. In the event an acknowledgment is not received, candidates should contact Jo-Ann Foster at jfoster@pipsc.ca to confirm receipt prior to the deadline.
