Return-to-office/hybrid work arrangement, inflation and a fast-evolving public sector have us all living in challenging times.

PIPSC needs help. There has been profound and arguably inappropriate overspending. Current estimates are a 13-million-dollar deficit in 2024. Not too long ago we normally operated in surplus. We need to reduce and focus our spending, improve our governance, member services, transparency and accountability.

The role I am seeking to return to is the NR Group Executive. In addition to working to help PIPSC overall, I intend to contribute to building a very strong pay case for the NR Group to be used in collective bargaining. We are falling further behind the private sector. This needs to stop now.

Thank you,
