Dear NR Members,

It gives me great pleasure to re-offer myself as a candidate for the NR national executive. My goal in seeking your support for re-election is to continue working diligently on behalf of all NR members.

At a recent regional council, I received a citation for service to members, and at the 2021 National AGM, I received a Life-Time-Membership award, which has brought me full circle as to why I serve. I believe in a strong public service union to protect members’ rights in the workplace.

As senior member of the NR bargaining team, we pursue yet another successful collective agreement; this round getting proper compensation for current inflation rate will be our greatest challenge.

In closing, there is no replacement for experience and hard work.  I hope that I can count on your support again and vote.
