My number one priority is you - the members. Included in this is getting a collective agreement that is fair for all members of the CP Group. I offer respect, adaptability and accountability.

As Secretary, I endeavor to record and distribute to the Executive and the Institute minutes of all general meetings and Group Executive meetings, keep records of all relevant correspondence, and be responsible for notification of meetings.

As a PIPSC steward for 20 plus years, I have extensively broadened my knowledge and gained experience by serving members in almost all aspects of the PIPSC/CP organization.
 

Teamwork is key for me, and my approach is based on negotiation rather than confrontation. I strongly believe that my experience will help me make a positive contribution to the membership.
