Dave McPhee - Nav Canada Group

Dear PIPSC members,

I have been with NAV CANADA for 15 years in the Navigation Systems Engineering group.  Since October 2016 I have been an active member of your Bargaining Team, working to improve your benefits for the next collective agreement.  More recently I have received Steward training and look forward to assisting my fellow employees in that capacity.

I am seeking your support as I will bring new experiences and enthusiasm for the PIPSC Executive to protect your benefits and represent your interests, needs and shared goals.  I will also work with strongly with the other Unions (CATCA, Unifor, IBEW etc) for an even stronger alliance going forward.  

I think it is important for the executive to be available to hear your concerns.  To that end, I am always available at 613-697-6016 or you can drop by to see me if you are at the TSC in Ottawa.  The door to my cubicle is always open, whether you vote for me or not.
