A member of the Medical Devices Research Centre, Team Lead since 2016
• NRC RORCO Group Executive member since 2019 and serving as the NRC RORCO group treasurer since 2021. 

While my main goals are to support the Exec team, the bargaining team and our stewards to engage with members, bringing issues and concerns to the management. Added goals for me is to bridge the different needs among members from different regions, especially locations with small groups. There are more than 300 group members west of Ontario and my intention is to bring their experience and concerns to the central table discussion. It is very likely to see another federal election during the next 2 years, I am in a position with the right experience and NRC knowledge to assist with next round of bargaining and consultation with senior management.
