I respectfully ask for the support of my fellow IT Group members for the upcoming IT National Group Election. I am a technical advisor in Cyber Security at ESDC based in St. John’s, NL. I have been working with ESDC for approximately 18 years and have been a very active PIPSC Steward for almost 9 years now. Part of my steward role is helping members, consultation, grievances, contract proposals committee, and member engagement. Currently, I serve as the secretary of the Atlantic Regional Executive, Chair of the National Young Professionals Network, Chair of the Atlantic Young Professionals Committee, secretary of the St. John’s Branch, and a member at large on the IT St. John’s Subgroup.

I am fully aware that many of our members are very frustrated with the return to office mandate, WFA possibilities, contracting out, pay issues, and so forth. If elected to the National IT Executive, I have three key goals:
- Negotiate a fair collective agreement
- Advocate for better telework options for IT members in all departments
- Represent IT members across the country and ensure their concerns are heard and addressed.

I have the enthusiasm and commitment to serve on the national executive to be a voice for our members. I am passionate about serving our members and would appreciate your vote.
