Carl Wills - AFS Elections 2020

Hello,

I have been an active steward in the NCR for several years now, I have experience serving as an executive member in AFS sub group and have been watching attentively as the current AFS group has evolved. I have a background in financial planning and budget analysis obtained through several years in private sector banking and over the last ten years with in CRA, supporting the IT branch in financial matters. This background gives me an unique perspective into the interests of CS members, Audit members, as well as the FI’s that can be found in the headquarters region. I think this general overview of different member perspectives will allow me to represent all members fairly and ensure all member interests are represented on the larger AFS Group executive.

I am familiar with most of the existing executive members and feel I will be able to work with them to ensure our larger interests are met. I believe adding a member outside of the two main classification groups ( CS and AU ) will help add balance to the decision making process. I look forward to serve my fellow members in this important role.
