I have been a steward since 2011 and have served on the Consultation team for Veterans Affairs since that time.  I have been involved in informal consultation, however, I have not been required to be involved in the more formal grievance process.

I have taken courses offered by BC/Yukon such as CA interpretation and grievance preparation, as Harassment in the Workplace and leadership courses.

I have been on the SH Executive for the last three years.
