Chair of the Professionalism Committee, worked with OGD on common member issues, and prepared CA language for professionalism.

• Recipient of 10 years service award at 2023 Ontario Steward Council.
• Recipient of the 2023 RPIC Award for Excellence in Real Property and Infrastructure Operations Services.
• Recipient of 2022 Departmental Awards, the Citation of Excellence for a Respectful, Healthy and Inclusive Workplace.
• Represented at hearings with the adjudication Board and 3 levels of the grievance process.
• 5 years President, NR subgroup, Hamilton/Burlington (2017-2012)
• Completed PIPSC labour school training on Basic & Advanced grievance process, mental health, performance management, progressive discipline, managing interpersonal conflict, interviewing & investigation techniques, bullying and harassment, and duty to accommodate.
• Engineer working for 14 years in the project delivery of real property construction projects.
• Licensed P. Eng.

Objectives:
• Advocate for economic justice, better benefits, safer workplaces
• Reasonable spending of the membership dues for union activity.
• Address gaps in CA, peer support & advice.
• Escalate issues to the group, provide direction, and put forward motions at the AGM.
