I am writing to express my interest within the AFS (Audit, Financial and Scientific - CRA) Group executive. I have worked on numerous projects involving matching organizational expectations and server uptime with the difficult requirements attending new hardware and application integration. My experience in coaching, mentoring and leading both teammates and clients in the use of various information technology systems has helped me become a very good team player.

In particular, the migration projects, that have helped lead and demonstrate my ability to plan the process and tasks of large scale conversion projects, including those of software and application need. I believe that I can bring this expertise in a way that will add value to a project. I planned and executed the migration of an operational reporting application from one software environment to another. The team included both technical and client resources and involved the mitigation of technical risks, knowledge transfer, managing client expectations and the engagement of external groups.

Apart from my day to day job activity, I am also a System Integration Directorate representative to ITB’s Young Professional’s Network. This role has been an incredible opportunity me, to receive direct mentorship from DBID’s Executive Cadre and creating a professional network group. The YPN (Young Professional Network) exists to engage and foster a sense of community within the Agency and the public service, to support the professional development of employees, to demonstrate the values of the Agency, and to contribute to its strategic plans and priorities. With the support of CRA Management employees from various Directorates work together as an YPN Working Committee planning, organizing various events throughout the year.
