Angelo Guglielmo

Hello NR members,
 

We represent less than 6% of PIPSC, yet – thanks to you, the NR members - we contribute to member welfare well above this figure. In continuation of this, I ask for your vote.

I’ve had a long career managing a diverse set of DND Capital Projects for Radar Systems, Communications Systems, Command & Control Systems and Underwater Systems. I have been a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Sub-section Head and Section Head.

I’ve been active in PIPSC for the past 23 years. I started the DND LSTL NR Sub-group and was its first president; have served on the NR Group Executive; have held various positions on NCR NR Sub-Groups and Branches; As a Steward, I’ve helped many members with employer issues small and large.

Through my career and PIPSC experience, my focus is on top member priorities. My top four are:

  • Hiring a highly experienced professional Negotiator.
  • Negotiate pay scales with 15-20 Steps at each Level. This will ensure experience
    is remunerated.
  • Transparency of PIPSC actions.
  • Improved communications with NR Group members.
