I am a Listener & Supporter willing to Help

If you are overwhelmed, I can direct you to Union Stewards/ERO’s (Employment Relations Officers), HR (Human Resources) & your supervisors/managers, EAP (Employee Assistance Programs & short-term counselling) and community resources.  I am also willing to just listen—without judgement nor problem solving.  

I’ve experienced loss, divorce, FTWE, GRTW, EI x2, and can empathize, with lived experience.

I’ve been blessed to have mentors, and have been a mentor to colleagues and new professionals (trained by both my department and community NGO’s, as well as PIPSC x2 and CAPE), an activist, and during COVID to be a “peer supporter”.

Over coffee, a zoom call, or a walk, I will listen—totally private.
