• Promoting the professional profile of the AV Group in the Federal Public Service

• Communicating AV Group members' concerns to PIPSC & Treasury Board of

Canada

• Working with the bargaining team to negotiate a fair collective agreement that

AV Group members well deserved

• Fighting to STOP Bill C-27 to secure our benefits and pension

• Advocating a Union Dues Freeze for the next three years and ensuring our

money will get most of its value
