Hello,

I have been working at National Defence for nine years, starting out in shipping as an STS4. In 2017, a CR4 position in procurement opened up and I applied. I have held this position since October of the same year. My position, however, was reclassified as PG1 in October 2020.  From 2019–2020 I was Treasurer on my Local’s labour committee (UNDE 10527). I loved this role and would have liked to continue on the committee, but the reclassification of my position to PG forced me to change unions.   I have always enjoyed getting involved within the organization and am currently Treasurer of my 25 CFSD’s Local. I also have a little girl who will soon turn eight. I’d be pleased to be part of your team. Have a great day!
