GTA Branch Zoo Day
You and your family are cordially invited to attend the PIPSC GTA Branch Zoo Day.
Come out and enjoy a fun day with your family at one of our most popular events of the past couple of years! This event is also a good opportunity to meet and network with other members and their families.
DATE: Sunday, October 20th, 2024
TIME: 9:30am to 4:30pm
LOCATION: Toronto Zoo (2000 Meadowvale Road)
Rain or shine, we will be there!
(NOTE: In case of rain, the Toronto Zoo has many indoor exhibits).
Please note that no pets are allowed in the Zoo. Service Animals are welcome.

HOW TO APPLY:
We are offering up to two (2) free admission tickets per PIPSC GTA Branch member. If you require additional tickets, we will provide a 15% off discount voucher for you to purchase additional tickets at the time of your tickets pick up.
Due to high demand, limited ticket availability, and the volume of entries, tickets will be distributed through a random draw for those who express interest.

You will be contacted by October 15th via email if you have been selected by random draw to receive tickets.
Directions to the Toronto Zoo:
The Main Entrance to the Toronto Zoo is located at 2000 Meadowvale Road, Toronto, north of Highway 401 (Exit #389 eastbound and westbound). The Zoo is accessible by car and public transit.
Parking:
Parking is $15 and not covered by GTA Branch. Parking can be purchased online at https://tickets.torontozoo.com/events/Parking in advance, at the Admission Booths or at one of the machines located near the entrance. You will require paid ticket to exit the parking lot.

Instructions for Tickets Pick-up:
On the day of event, please look for a Welcome table at the Main Entrance with a sign "PIPSC GTA Branch", where you can pick up your tickets from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
Other Notes:
You have the option of bringing your own lunch, drinks and snacks or purchase them on site. It is highly recommended that you bring a water bottle as it is possible to refill these at the Zoo.
