PIPSC Halifax Branch - 18th Annual Golf Classic and Fall Social
The PIPSC Halifax Branch is thrilled to invite PIPSC members and guests to the 18th Annual Golf Classic and Fall Social event held at the beautiful Granite Springs Golf Club, in Bayside! Tee offs will be in groups of 4 players. Players may choose to register in groups of 4 or let us help them form a group. Either way, please come and play a round of 18 holes and join us for an informal BBQ dinner. Golf tournament awards and door prizes will be presented nearing the end of the meal.
Participation in the golf tournament is not a requirement for attending the BBQ dinner. Only those in attendance and who have registered for the BBQ dinner will be eligible for door prizes.

Requirements and Considerations:
- Registration
- Space is limited, spaces will be allocated in order of registration and full payment
- HFX Branch PIPSC members may register using CVENT link, watch for email from Donna Davis
- HFX Branch PIPSC members who have not received an email with CVENT link please contact Donna Davis at ddavis@pips.ca
- HFX Branch PIPSC Members wishing to attend and enjoy a complimentary BBQ dinner must be registered
- Guests may register by sending an email to event coordinators Lori Thistle at lori.thistle@hotmail.com or Nicholas Isenor at nisenor@pipsc.ca
- HFX Branch PIPSC Members and Guests wishing to attend the Golf tournament, the BBQ dinner or both must register for each accordingly.
- All registrations must be made by September 9, 2024
- Only those registered as groups will be guaranteed to be golfing together.
- Individual registrations will be used to fill out the groups of four players where required.
- Payment and Confirmation
- Please make payment by email money transfer to our Branch Treasurer, Paul Hubley atpaul.hubley@pipsc.ca
- Spaces will be allocated and prioritize based on date of full payment
- All payments must be made by September 9, 2024, to hold your space
- Prize holes will be identified at the time of the tournament.
- Weather: The game is on, rain or shine. Consequently, if it is overcast, bring some extra dry clothes and footwear in the trunk.
- No refund: As generally accepted, only if the Club closes the course will fees be refunded.
