We recently met with the Treasury Board on February 13-15th, 2024 and continued our momentum toward completing non-monetary issues. We are pushing for the recognition and distinction of the SH members and their distinct status as regulated professionals in the Federal Public Service. This includes extensive discussions on the concerns raised by members about the access and application of career and professional development articles in the collective agreement.
As the non-monetary discussions come to a close, we will turn our focus to the monetary aspect of the negotiations.
Your bargaining team is still pushing hard at the negotiation table, and we need YOU to help us show them that we mean it when we say #Now or Never. We will be back at the table with Treasury Board mid-March.
