The AFS Group and the Canada Revenue Agency reached a tentative collective agreement on September 16, 2023.
Information sessions for the members of the AFS Headquarters Subgroup on the new tentative agreement will be held in the Ottawa Public Library Auditorium – 120 Metcalfe Street.
The schedule is as follows:
- Thursday, October 26, 2023 – 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
- Thursday, October 26, 2023 – 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
- Wednesday, November 1, 2023 – 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
- Wednesday, November 1, 2023 – 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
Please note that the library auditorium has a capacity of 180. Simultaneous translations will be present.
AFS members attending these sessions will be allowed to take up to 2 hours of Leave with Pay – Other reasons (leave code 6990).
A ratification vote on the tentative agreement will be held in mid-November.
