Dear Quebec Region Stewards,
The next in-person Quebec Steward Council will take place on Friday, October 29 and Saturday, October 30, 2021, at the Manoir des sables located at 90 avenue des jardins, Orford, Qc.J1X 6M6.
You will shortly receive an invitation by email. Please check your emails regularly and save the date. You must register by 5 p.m., Friday, September 17, 2021. No registration will be accepted after this date and time.
Please note that the organizing committee and the hotel staff will implement all necessary public health measures to ensure that the event is safe for all. By registering to this in-person event, you agree to take notice of any public health requirement applicable to the event and travel and undertake to comply with them. In addition, you accept all risks associated with attending the event in person, including the risk that you may be required to self-isolate due to public health measures. in which case you will be responsible for any and all costs associated with such a requirement.
Furthermore, please note that as of September 1, 2021, the vaccination passport will be mandatory for meetings such as congresses, conferences, and training sessions throughout Québec. Therefore, in order for you to be able to attend the Steward Council, you will need to have your vaccination passport (QR Code) validated upon your arrival. Anyone who doesn’t have adequate proof of vaccination (and who doesn’t benefit from an exemption such as one on medical grounds or other) will be refused access to the Steward Council and no costs will be reimbursed by the Institute.
