This is your voter’s kit for the election of the SH Group Executive. Voting will take place by electronic means only.
You will find enclosed your personal ballot key.
We are accepting nominations for the following positions:
● CSC Nursing- Three Year Term
● Occupational and Physical Therapy- Three Year Term
● Social Work- Three Year Term
● Nursing from any other Department (this includes DND, ISC (excluding Northern Nurse), VAC, HC, RCMP, PHAC, etc.) – Three year term
● Member at Large – 2-year term from the region of Ontario (not NCR), Royal Canadian Mounted Police, or Public Health Agency of Canada.
After the close of nominations 1 position has been filled by acclamation. There will be an election for the remaining 4 positions:

Voter Eligibility
Members in good standing of PIPSC in the SH Group are eligible to vote.
