6. AFS National NCR IT Region Representative Report Presented
7. Financial Report and Budget (2024 financials, with the 2025 budget) presented and approved:  Proposed by Vicky Charron-Bourdon, 2^nd Jiena Dong
8. Elections (President, Vice President and vacant Members-at-Larges) - Nominations taken from the floor. Elections committee run by Allaudin Alibhai, after a nomination process all positions were acclaimed or elected:
