I would like to thank all of you who participated in our Show Your Colours campaign in support of our efforts at the bargaining table. A special thank you to those of you who sent in photos showing your colours and sending the message to your bargaining team that what they do on your behalf matters.

We will continue focus on improving our article on Workforce Adjustment (WFA) in our upcoming rounds of negotiations. The employer is seeking to remove this protection and replace it with the National Joint Council Directive and no longer negotiable within our collective agreement.
We will be holding presentations on the differences between our article and this directive in the very near future. It’s imperative that you stay informed so stay tuned for a schedule of presentations.
