I would like to thank all of you who participated in our Show Your Colours campaign in support of our efforts at the bargaining table. A special thank you to those of you who sent in photos showing your colours and sending the message to your bargaining team that what they do on your behalf matters.

We will continue to focus on improving our article on Work Force Adjustment (WFA) in our upcoming rounds of negotiations. The employer is seeking to remove this protection and replace it with the National Joint Council Directive, which is no longer negotiable within our collective agreement.
We will be holding presentations on the differences between our article and this directive in the very near future. It’s critical to stay informed, so stay tuned for the presentation schedule.
