- Tentative agreements for CFIA VM, CFIA S&A, SH Group and the New Brunswick Crown Prosecutors!
- Wins PSAC gained through their Dental Plan will be implemented as well for the rest of the federal public service through our Dental Plan
- High level presentation on PIPSC Strategic Plan; AC will have another presentation in October on the 100 Day Implementation Plan and the Operational Forecasting
- Message has been received that members are needing better communication specifically on Return to the Office; an email is supposed to be going out to all members within the next few days
- Legal update provided on various case for CFIA and New Brunswick Groups; Included update on the Ontario Sales Tax Administration Reform
- Majority of the meeting was spent discussing the current financial situation for this year and next.
- Overview on budget and forecasted deficit
- Areas where saving are being considered through a cost constraint exercise
- Presentation on proposed member due increase, as supported by the Board of Directors
- Advisory Council will also be putting forward a motion to the AGM to increase member dues using the Canadian Price Inflation starting in 2026
