The BCFNHA Bargaining Team is pleased to announce that we signed a tentative agreement with the employer, concluding this round of bargaining. The BCFNHA Group membership must now ratify this agreement.

On September 22, 2026, your BCFNHA Bargaining Team signed a tentative agreement with the employer, concluding this round of bargaining. 

The BCFNHA Group membership must now ratify this agreement. Regular members in good standing will receive the voting instructions by email.

Ratification vote

Voting will be open from October 30, 2026, at 12:00 pm PCT to November 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM PCT. 

Regular members in good standing will receive an email with their voting key and instructions before then. Ensure your contact information is current so you can participate in the vote.
